It's a mini Word Camp before the Main Event in Manila. It will be on the 4th of September 2008 .. But unfortunately I wasn't able to register ahead of time. The Air Conditioning Device in the room was in full blast that me and my seat mates can feel the chill as it crawls into our skins while hearing the raindrops heavily falling outside. I recalled some of them were willing to quit the exam but the nearest person to told everybody ..
